Pre-launch information

The website introduces Ours Encompassed LLC and a collection that remains in development. Concept names, descriptions, imagery, materials, personalization options, pricing, availability, and timing may change. Nothing currently displayed is an offer or guarantee to sell a specific product.

Founding List

By confirming a Founding List subscription, you request launch updates and related marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining does not guarantee availability, pricing, purchase priority, or a launch date.

Concept imagery

Pre-launch imagery communicates creative direction and may not depict the final products. Final product details will be identified when products become available for purchase.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, scrape it at scale, or misuse our name, designs, content, or services.

Intellectual property

The Ours Encompassed name, original copy, logo, layout, and other original materials are owned by Ours Encompassed LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission. Third-party photography and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.
