This policy explains how Ours Encompassed LLC handles information collected through this pre-launch website and our Founding List communications.

Information we collect

When you join the Founding List, we collect the email address you submit and records associated with your request and confirmation. We also count page visits, form views, completed signups, referral sources, and selected on-site actions. Our first-party site measurement does not intentionally store names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, or precise location.

How we use information

We use information to deliver requested launch news, early previews, availability updates, and related communications; operate and improve the website; measure which outreach brings interested visitors; prevent abuse; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations.

Email consent

Founding List enrollment uses email confirmation. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect processing that occurred before the request.

Service providers

We use Brevo for consent and email-list management, Zoho Mail for business email, GoDaddy for domain services, and OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers for website hosting and first-party measurement. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate the website and communications, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention and security

We retain mailing-list information while you remain subscribed and as reasonably necessary for legal, security, and operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address, or object to certain processing, by contacting hello@oursencompassed.com. Rights vary by location, and we may need to verify a request before completing it.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business and website develop. The effective date above will identify the latest revision.
